K-Family News

I went to a fight…and a hockey game broke out….

OK, bad segue but it’s time for K-Family Hockey Night!!! It’s Saturday, February 25th at the Brad - the country band Sugarland plays at 6:30 with the game starting at 8 pm.

This event is open to all members of the K-Family….and family, friends….and prospective members….

The registration forms are available from Bec (mainly because she is having issues with posting them to the site), and due to K-Family Chair Kim Riedl by February 11th.

The WUM Circle K District Board has set a goal to raise $6,000 for Camp Bay Cliff in the UP.

What is Camp Bay Cliff? Like Camp Wawbeek in Wisconsin Dells, Bay Cliff serves children and adults with physical disabilities. Camp Bay Cliff also offers rehabilitation services to camp participants. The participants work towards the goal of increased independence and living a fuller life.

In order to help reach this fundraising goal, Anette Divjak (Metro LtG from Marquette) has started selling “I ‘Heart’ Bay Cliff” stickers. The stickers are $1 each, with all proceeds going directly to Camp Bay Cliff.

This is a great opportunity to show our support to Circle K and their endeavors!!
